Edress Estime, MD

Edriss Estime, MD

Chief of Staff

Dr. Edriss Estime received his doctorate in medicine from St. Matthew’s University School of Medicine. He completed a residency program at Pinnacle Health Hospitals in Harrisburg, PA. He specializes in Internal Medicine. He speaks fluent French and English and is also conversant in Spanish. His hobbies include plastic arts, theater and comedy. Dr. Estime and his wife are currently living in the Iowa County area and have one son.

Philip McCune is a native of Williamsburg, Iowa, graduating from Williamsburg High School. He attended Iowa State University where he received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and then went onto Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine and received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in 1987. Dr. McCune is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Iowa Academy of Family Physicians, the Iowa Association of Osteopathic Family Practice, the American Osteopathic Association, the Iowa Osteopathic Association and the Association of Military Surgeons United States. Dr. McCune is in the US Army Reserves associated with the 4207th. You may see Dr. McCune at the clinic, but he will also see patients in the MMH Emergency Room occasionally.

Gregory Neyman, MD
Family Practice

If you are admitted to MMH, it is likely you will meet Dr. Neyman as he cares for the majority of our in-patients. He also practices in the emergency department and occasionally at our Family Medical Clinic. He received his degree from the UHSA School of Medicine and attended residency at the University of Iowa's Northeast Iowa Family Medicine Residency Program in Waterloo. He is a resident of rural Amana and brings a great deal of clinical and administrative experience with him to MMH and was the medical director of two emergency departments prior to joining our team.

Mark Siebrecht, DP

Podiatry Medicine

Dr. Mark Siebrecht joined the Marengo Memorial Hospital Family Medical Clinic in December, 2011.  Dr. Siebrecht has been seeing patients at Marengo Memorial Hospital's outreach clinic since June of 2006. Dr. Siebrecht graduated with a B.A. degree in biology from Wartburg College in Waverly.  He received his Doctor of Podiatric medical residency at Greater Detroit Hospital in Michigan and a 3-year comprehensive surgical residence at Covenant Medical Center in Waterloo.  Dr. Siebrecht is board qualified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgeons.  He is a member of the Iowa Podiatric Medical Society, the American Podiatric Medical Association and the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.  Growing up in Northeast Iowa near Guttenburg, he enjoys hunting, fishing and outdoors as well as training his Black Labrador retriever.  He is a member of the Norway City Council.                            

Hanna Chang, ARNP, CPNP

Hanna Chang has lived in Iowa for 17 years, and currently lives in Iowa City.  Hanna graduated with a BSN from University of Iowa in 2003.  She then worked at the University of Iowa Children’s Hospital as a pediatric nurse.  She worked on the general pediatric unit specializing in cardiology, otolaryngology, orthopedics and other general pediatric specialties.  While working at the UICH, Hanna obtained her pediatric nurse practitioner degree.  Hanna’s parents live in north central Iowa.  She has an older sister who is married with 2 beautiful boys and moved back to South Korea about a year ago.  She also has a younger brother who works at Rockwell as an electronic engineer. Hanna’s husband, CK, graduated from Loyola University in Chicago with a masters in accounting. 

Heidi Wauters, ARNP

Women's Health

Heidi Wauters joined the Family Medical Clinic in the spring of 2006. She received her Family Nurse Practitioner and her Master of Science of Nursing in 2005 from Allen College in Waterloo. She worked as a Registered Nurse in the Medical Intensive Care Unit at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics from 2000-2005. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She volunteers as a member of the Belle Plaine Area Ambulance Board. Heidi is married and has two children.
